Review before payment

Digital access

Because paid plans provide time-limited digital access that may begin immediately, refund eligibility can depend on whether access was activated or used and on applicable consumer law.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Report a duplicate charge, wrong amount or payment made without access as soon as possible. Include the account email, transaction reference, date and amount; do not send card numbers, PINs or passwords.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
